Where does Cala Jade ship from and what are the delivery times?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Norway. Domestic shipping typically takes 1-3 business days, while international deliveries generally arrive within 3-7 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all Cala Jade tags and packaging intact.
How should I care for my Cala Jade leather products?
To maintain the beauty of your leather goods, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. We recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner or waterproof spray specifically designed for the leather type of your bag.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Are duties and taxes included in international orders?
