At Cala Jade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all original labels and protective dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old tracking barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the quality check is complete.
